` Use the transport case for transport and storage, and store the tool
in a dry room
` Service the tool regularly and check it is functioning correctly
` Have any malfunctions and damage repaired immediately by an
authorised specialist workshop
` Have repair work and inspections performed by an authorised
specialist workshop. Only use original spare parts
DANGER
Fatal electric shock hazard
` Do not operate the tool in wet and damp surroundings
` Before using, always check the tool, mains cable and mains
connector for damage and ensure that the tool is functioning
` Avoid bodily contact with grounded surfaces
` Do not touch damaged mains cables or mains connectors. Have
them replaced immediately by an authorised specialist
` Never alter a mains connector in any way. It must always fit easily
into the socket
` Do not use adapters
` Do not use the mains cable for purposes for which it was not
intended, to carry tools or hang them up, or to pull out the connector
` Protect the mains cable from heat, oil, acids, sharp edges and
moving tool parts
` When working outside, only use extension cables that are approved
for outdoor use
` Unplug the mains connector before starting any maintenance work
on the tool

` Remove explosive, combustible and heat-sensitive materials from
the working area or protect them from flying sparks
` Keep fire-fighting material accessible in buildings that can fall victim
to fire
` In buildings that can fall victim to fire, ensure that there is a fire watch
on duty after work
