TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLUTION
•
Check that unit is plugged in and outlet has
power.
•
Check that unit is turned on.
•
Indicates unit is low on water and will power off
soon if not refilled.
•
Indicates that unit is out of water. Refill tank.
•
Insufficient water in tank. Refill tank.
•
Ensure unit is on level surface, not inclined.
•
Check that water tank is installed onto base
correctly.
•
Check that output is set to correct level.
•
Make sure nebulizer is not damaged.
•
If first time use, this is normal and will dissipate
shortly.
•
The humidifier may be growing bacteria. Clean
unit according to maintenance instructions on
page 9.

ebulizer may be dirty. Unplug unit and clean
the nebulizer as described on page 9.
•
The unit has been moved or jostled, allowing
water to spill.
•
Often the result of using softened water. Use
non-softened water.
•
Remove and replace demineralization cartridge.
•
If it continues, change to filtered or distilled
water.
