TOOL MAINTENANCE & ACCESSORIES
PRIMING
This power tool comes pre-primed with hydraulic oil. (Additional hydraulic oil is
not included for maintenance).
1. Use the wrench (36) to unscrew and remove the cylinder cap (33) from the
bottom of the riveter.
2. Use a pair of pliers (not included) to remove the piston assembly (30-33)
from air cylinder (29).

4. Insert the piston assembly (30 -33) back into the air cylinder (29).

Rivet wrong size Use proper rivet length
Low air pressure Check regulator

Poor hose connections Reconnect using pipe thread seal tape
Damaged o-ring Replace o-ring
Dirty air valve or airline inlet Clean and lubricate with pneumatic tool oil
