Once battery pack is charged, it:
• Can be disconnected from the charger
• Is ready for immediate use.

Changing Instrument Settings

• Many of the Orion plus Multigas Detector options can be set using
the buttons on the front of the instrument.
• The MSA Orion plus LINK software can be used to set most of the
instrument selections, including some that cannot be changed from
the instrument's front panel buttons.
1. To access instrument Setup mode, simultaneously press the PAGE
and RESET buttons until "Password" appears on the display.
2. Enter the following sequence:
• PAGE, ON/OFF, RESET, ON/OFF, PAGE
• You are now in the Setup menu, on the top menu "calibration";
there are five top menus which can be accessed using the
scroll (PAGE/RESET) and OK (ON/OFF) buttons
• See TABLE 4-2 for available selections and methods for
changing these selections.
