1 - INTRODUCTION
The LABMATE PRO is a volumetric instrument de signed
to measure and transfer liquids precisely and safely. It can
measure and transfer volumes from 0.1 μl to 10000 μl
depending on the model.
The pipettes are equipped with a digital counter which
shows the pipetting volume. The volume setting is done
by turning the pipetting pushbutton knob (Fig. 1A2) or
the black adjustment knob (Fig. 1B) in the right direction.
The volume range is shown on the pipetting pushbutton
(Fig. 1A1).
The volume range from 0.1 μl to 10000 μl is covered by
10 pipette models.

The liquid is aspirated into disposable tips attached to
the pipette shaft. Disposable tips ensure maximum safety
and eliminate possibility of cross-contamination of the liquid
samples.
To protect the user from contaminated tips the pipette is
equipped with a built-in tip ejector, (Fig.1D).
The construction of the ejector enables the user to adjust
its length. The adjustable tip ejector accommodates
every variety of tips available on the market. When using
narrow tubes, it may be necessary to remove the tip
ejector.

Tip ejector disassembly (Fig. 5A)
1. Press the tip ejector button.
2. Turn the ejector bush left to the very end.
3. Slide the ejector from the plastic arbor.
Tip ejector assembly (Fig. 5B)
1. Press the tip ejector button.
2. Place the tip ejector on the arbor.
3. Turn the plastic ejector bush right until it's latched.
Tip ejector adjustment (Fig. 5C)
1. Remove the ejector pushbutton.
2. To increase the ejector length turn the plastic bush to
the left.
3. To decrease the ejector length turn the plastic bush to
the right.

Tip ejector disassembly (Fig. 6A)
1. Remove the tip ejector button
2. Use the screwdriver to turn the metal arbor left to
unscrew the ejector from the arbor.
3. Release the ejector.
