2. Select the desired option. For example, to forward voice calls when your
number is busy or when you reject an incoming call, select If busy.
3. To set the forwarding option on or off, select Options > Activate or Cancel.
To check whether the option is activated, select Check status. Several
forwarding options can be active at the same time.
Call restriction and call forwarding cannot be active at the same time.
Call restriction
Call restriction (network service) allows you to restrict the calls that you
make and receive with your phone. To change the settings, you need the
restriction password from your service provider.
Scroll to the desired restriction option, and to request the network to set call
restriction on, select Options > Activate. To set the selected call restriction
off, select Cancel. To check whether the calls are restricted, select Check status.
To change the restriction password, select Edit restriction passwd.. To cancel
all active call restrictions, select Cancel all restrict..
Call restriction and call forwarding cannot be active at the same time.
When calls are restricted, calls may be possible to certain official
emergency numbers.
Network
Network mode—To select which network to use (shown only if supported by
the service provider). If you select Dual mode, the device uses the GSM or
UMTS network automatically, according to the network parameters and the
roaming agreements between the network operators.
