5. Operation
5.1 Storage
The KSMobil Easy must not be exposed to direct
sunlight for extended periods during transportation
or when in storage. Excessive heating can result in
deformation of the highgrade plastic tank and lead
to a reduction in the quality of the fuel.
Suitable storage conditions:
• ambient temperatures from - 10 °C to + 40 °C.
• level surface.
• cover (tarpaulin) for storage outdoors.
• stackability:
Max. 1 full or 2 empty 120 l or 190 l tanks on top
of each other.
i
Important!
If the filling station is not used for extended
periods of time, it should be stored in an
empty condition.
i
Important!
When stacking:
For the version with lid, the lid must be closed.
For fixing, the four locking cams on the top of the
tank or lid must click into
the four recesses on the
underside of the tank.
5.2 Loading
5.2.1 Loading by hand
An empty KSMobil Easy
can be loaded by hand
using the grip hollows
on the side of the tank.
Weight when empty:
120 l = 2332 kg
190 l = 2635 kg

5.2.2 Loading with a forklift
A filled KSMobil Easy can be lifted with the forklift
at the shaped recesses
on the underside and
loaded onto or unloaded
from the transport vehicle.
5.3 Transporting
During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
• road traffic (licensing) act of the country
in question.
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation
and lashing.
i
Important!
Transport the KSMobil Easy only on an
open transport vehicle.
i
Important!
Positive fit before traction!
First, try to positively load the equipment
(e.g. through striking the sides).
Excessive lashing forces can deform the
tank and thus damage it.
Recommendation: Use a nonslip mat.
Attention!
Danger of material damage to the
filling station with lid.
The air stream may open the lid and
could rip it off. Therefore always
transport the filling station with the
hinges facing the direction of travel.
