1. Baabi has a 2 year warranty
All products with warranty (from the moment it is sold to the final consumer) will be repaired by
the manufacturer at no cost for the customer, taking into account the details included in the
warranty.
If you do not find the information you are looking for or if you have any questions, do not
hesitate to send us an email to info@easybabykit.eu.
EasyBabyKit is responsible for the after-sales service during and after the warranty period.
Any action on the product without EasyBabyKit's consent will invalidate the current warranty.
2. Purchasing an Easybabykit product guarantees that:
• The product is new.
• The product is presented in its original packaging.
• We offer after-sale service in all products.
3. How to process a warranty
In order to process a warranty simply send us an email to info@easybabykit.eu and we will
make sure that you receive a reply from our customer service within the next 48 working hours.

• Receipt or order number.
• Frame and fabric serial number.
• A brief explanation of the problem. Attaching pictures or videos is a valuable source of
