2. Warranty

iontodry is contractually covered by a warranty of 1 (one) year.

iontodry warranty comes into effect at the date of purchase of the

device. Only the presentation of the purchase receipt allows its claim.
This warranty applies to both control and treatment units and the
cables provided. It covers all defects derived from a problem of
quality of the material or faulty manufacture. It will not apply in case
of damages caused by a stroke, an accident, inappropriate handling,
insufficient protection against moisture when immersed in water or
due to repair work not made by iontodry
The customer has one week from the date of receipt to claim the
product in case there has been any damage or breakage during
transport.
Legal rights are not affected by this warranty.

3. Maintenance

Due to the use of the device, the user must carry out maintenance
and cleaning or disinfection of it periodically, either with particular
use or with use on multiple patients. It is recommended to
perform this actions after finishing a treatment. Foam pads,
aluminum electrodes, battery and cables are the parts which may
be deteriorated during the use of the device, so they should be
replaced when abraded.
Clean iontodry
®
solvent products, as they could damage the device. Neither sterilize
it nor leave it exposed to an excess of liquid. Dry it with a cloth.
To clean the foam pads, soak them in water and let it dry naturally. To
clean the aluminum electrodes, use water and dry it with a cloth.
Do not attempt to repair the device or any of its accessories.
Never dismantle any component of iontodry
overheating the device and a consequent damage to the equipment.
