Defects
If, at the handover of the delivery, your device presents manufacturing
defects or you need help on the use or maintenance of it, please contact
the customer service of Driosec
Battery replacement
iontodry battery with the following characteristics, Lithium – Ion
®
LP503759 7,4V 1100 mAh, must be replaced by qualified and
authorized Driosec
service (purchase and replacement) should the user need to use it.

6. Spare parts

iontodry foam pad replacement
iontodry foam pads can be replaced at home when they wear
®
out. To ensure perfect operation of the device and effective
treatment, the user should only use iontodry® foam pads. The
use of other foam pads not supplied by the manufacturer will be
at the user's own risk and responsibility.
Aluminum electrodes replacement
Aluminum electrodes can also be replaced at home when they
get deteriorated. To replace them, screw off the nut M3 with a
screwdriver or similar, replace the aluminum electrode and screw
again the nut. To ensure a perfect operation of the device and
an effective treatment, the user should only use iontodry
aluminum electrodes.
Cables connections (Jack & USB) replacement
Cables will be available to be purchased at the manufacturer's
website, ensuring a perfect connection between the different
modules as well as a good operation of the device.
