material due to disrespect of the indications of this manual. Futhermore, in any way is EXCLUDED THE RE-
SPONSIBILITY of Nilo s.r.l. for damages caused by improper use of the equipment or uncorrect use and/or
by staff not specialized or not officially authorized.
General principles of responsability exemption
Here following we state some general principles to be considered in terms of responsibility exemption.
Precisely:
- Lack of knowledge o short-application of instructions container in this manual.
- Unauthorized execution of:
- Modification or replacement of parts and/or components of the equipment.
- Modifications to the foreseen installation.
- Installation of further or different accessories, not foreseen in the supplying contract.
- Repair interventions, maintenance carried out:
- By unauthorized staff.
- Using tools, portable tools, devices and/or electric tools not allowed, inadecuate or insufficient.
- With non original spare parts.
