Warranty
This warranty is for customers who carry out a professional activity, as defined in Article 1 of the general conditions of
sale and warranty contained in the catalog NILO.
Sales under these conditions are related to products not intended for consumers, as identified in Article 3 of
D.Lgs.206/2005. The warranty covers defects in products, such as imperfections in the materials that have a material
impact on its usefulness or its value, due to abnormalities of the production process, manufacturing, training, retention,
and is operating within the limits and according to the following conditions.
Duration
NILO guarantees the products for one year from date of delivery.
When you apply
Except for some details, exclusions or limitations described below, or otherwise mentioned in this contract, the warranty
applies to defects in the products identified under the definition in Article 1, .1490 of the Civil Code.
Modes, terms and forfeitures to enforce the warranty
When he discovers the defect, the customer is required to give written notice to the NILO, attaching a copy of the sales in-
voice and the Confirmation Order and indicating the reference number (serial number) of the defective goods. The written
notice must be received within eight days after discovery of the NILO, or the right to warranty is void. The warranty lasts
one year. Any work product, unless authorized in writing by the NILO, terminates the warranty.
Exclusions and limitations
Except as specified elsewhere, the warranty is excluded if the defect is caused or exacerbated by improper use of the
Product by the Customer or others, or from improper maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, or
interventions of any kind, including maintenance, are not made or authorized by the NILO. The warranty also does not
apply:
- If the communication of notification of the defect are not accompanied by the documents provided and are not aware of
Article .1.4;
- If the products have been installed, kept or stored in environments not suited to protecting the quality (such as outdoors,
in damp, poorly ventilated, hot or cold);
- If the products have not been fitted correctly, or are tampered with or assembled from parts and components are not
original or not authorized by the NILO, cleaned with procedures or products that may harm them;
- In case of damage not resulting from original manufacturing defects and / or poor quality of materials used, but are
a result of facts or traumatic events among which we list, for example but not limited to: bumps, bruises, scratches, cuts,
stains caused by external factors such as dyes, lacquers, cleaning products;
- For damage due to normal wear and tear on the use of the Products;
- If the products are not used by persons to whom they are intended and for which they are produced, ie, hairdressers,
beauticians, beauty salons, beauty farms, spas, doctors' offices.
