SYSTEM PROBLEMS - MAINTENANCE - TECHNICAL DATA
The resetting of this class of problems occurs, once the cause that has generated them has been removed, by switching off and
switching back on the remote control.
When problems 3, 4, 5 are present, it may be necessary to turn off and turn back on the external devices that signalled the prob-
lem. Refer to their installation and use manual.
"FREEZING" MANUAL RESET PROBLEMS
Whenever a manual reset problem occurs on the bow or the stern, you can "freeze" the problem to the involved area and enable
again the control so that you can operate in the (bow or stern) area that is not affected by the problem.
WARNING:
although the problem is "frozen", it is always present and has to be solved soon.
WARNING:
use the problem "freezing" procedure only if truly necessary since boat manoeuvring is limited only to the
bow or stern propeller.
The procedure is described below:
• Press and hold the enabling button until the visual and sound signals of the fault are no longer seen/heard (number of flashes
of enabling LEDs and relative sound). Now the yellow enabling LEDs flash slowly (the control becomes in disabled status).
• Enable the control following the usual procedure. The control is now enabled and you can control exclusively the (bow or
stern) area that is not affected by the problem.
WARNING:
Boat manoeuvring is limited only to the bow or stern propeller.
WARNING:
Any signalling of automatic or manual reset problems will refer to the last area enabled.
MAINTENANCE
The remote control needs no particular maintenance. To ensure optimum performance from the remote control, once a year check
the cables and the electrical connections.
Clean the remote control with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not use chemical or abrasive products to clean the remote
control.
