so that they do not get caught in a mobile seat
or in a door of the vehicle during everyday use
of the vehicle.
13. Any luggage or other objects that could
cause injury in the event of a collision must be
correctly secured.
14. Driving safely is the best way to protect
children. Child safety seats can protect chil-
dren effectively but they cannot completely
eradicate the injuries caused by accidents at
the wheel.
15. Make sure you use the correct group of
safety seat with the right installation meth-
ods, as shown in the instruction manual for
the child safety seat. Otherwise, there is a po-
tential risk for the child to get injured.
16. The child safety seat should not be in-
stalled within the range of an active airbag,
because in the event of an accident the airbag
could harm the child.
17. If there is any interference between the
buckle of the vehicle seat belt and the prin-
cipal load contact points of the child safety
seat, the seat should not be used. If you are in
any doubt about this point, please contact the
child safety seat manufacturer.
18. Do not use the safety seat in the forward
facing position until the child weighs more
than 9 kg.
19. This seat must not be installed in the rear
facing position on seats fitted with an airbag.
20. Keep the instructions for future reference.
