• Download and install the Axxess Updater update from axxessinterfaces.com. Please follow
the instructions on the website exactly as stated.
• Connect the USB-MINI-CAB update cable (sold separately) between the 99-9714WR and the
computer.
• From the Start Menu of the computer, click on on "All Programs", and then
"USBBootloader".
• Press "Update Board", the software will begin to download at this point.
Note: Please note which firmware downloaded to the interface. This will help in
troubleshooting, if need be.
Note: Both the interface AND display screen must be updated.
