DOES NOT RECEIVE RENUMERATION TO (i) ENCODE VIDEO IN COMPIANCE WITH THE AVC STANDARD ("AVC VIDEO") AND/OR
(ii) DECODE AVC VIDEO THAT HAS BEEN ENCODED BY A CONSUMER ENGAGED IN A PERSONAL ACTIVITY AND/OR WAS OBTAINED FROM A
