Failure
The equipment does not
start up
The equipment does not
absorb product
The equipment sucks but
does not reach the
required pressure under
load
Abnormal vibration in the
output hose
The equipment absorbs
product and generates
pressure on closing the
stopcock, but the pressure
drops sharply when the
trigger is pressed
Pronounces horns or
stripes appear at the
edges of the spray width
18. TROUBLESHOOTING

Repair
Check the power supply network
Make sure the equipment is plugged into the
power supply
Check that the motor switch is at the setting "on"
Faulty condenser in the motor
Faulty motor switch
Check the plug and switch wiring
Eliminate pressure in the unit following the
descompression procedure described on manual
Re-fill the container
Clean or replace
Check or replace the suction probe
attachment bolt
Adjust th epressure regulator
Open the stopcock
Release the suction valve and clean or
replace
Release anti-return valve and clean or
replace
Replenish the housing with oil to the level
indicated on the diptick
Replace the diaphragm
Disassemble as indicated in the appropriate
section and check the piston, sleeve and
hydraulic connections
Close the stopcock or replace
Replenish
Clean or replace the valve
Clean or replace the valve
Replace the diaphragm
Adjust th eproduct regulator (Maximum
-Minimum) to eliminate the air bubbles
Clean or replace the valve
Replace the joint
Replace the anti-return connection. Tighten
the suction probe, and clean or replace the
suction probe and the suction filter
Replace the suction probe
Fit a cap
Clean or replace
Replace with a new cap
Dilute the paint with solvent
Dilute the product to the correct viscosity
Turn the pressure regulator to increase the
pumping pressure
Clean or replace
