System Overview

Application Requirements

The line must run at a constant speed of less than
61 m/min (200 ft/min).

The distance between the centerline of the trigger
and the adhesive orifice must be greater than or

equal to / the length of the longest product being

run on the line.

The shortest product to be run on the line must be

longer than / the length of the longest product.

The pattern is limited to two beads of equal length
or one continuous bead per gun.
S
All output devices (solenoid valves) must be
24 VDC and must not exceed a maximum
combined current draw of 1.9 A.
