screen. Touch the Device name at the top of the Display/Ballistics screen to return to the Devices page. If the
rangefinder status turns red, it's indicating the rangefinder has powered down. Simply press the power button on
the rangefinder to turn it back on and the App will automatically reconnect.
7. Press the fire button (power) on the rangefinder and range a target. The distance (and any other data for the
current mode) will appear on the rangefinder's display and on the Display/Ballistic screen of the App.
If the App and Rangefinder Aren't Connecting:
Make sure the rangefinder is powered on (press fire button). If the rangefinder has never
paired with the CONX app it will appear yellow. Press the name of the rangefinder (device)
to connect to it. Once the App and rangefinder are connected, they will automatically
reconnect when the App is launched again and the rangefinder is powered on.
Pressing the trashcan or "X" icon will disconnect the rangefinder from the app. Pressing the trash can on any other
rangefinder will remove the history of having been paired.
Device Status Indicator (Paired/Visible/Connected):
• Yellow: Rangefinder not previously paired, and currently visible (discoverable-available for Bluetooth connection)
• Green: Rangefinder currently connected to App
• Red: Rangefinder previously paired, but currently not visible (press the power/fire button)
• Blue: Rangefinder previously paired, and currently visible
Note: if additional CONX rangefinders are nearby which have previously been paired with the app, they will appear on the
list of Devices, but their status indicator will be blue if they are not the currently connected unit (indicated in green). Only
one rangefinder can be connected (actively paired) at a time, but it is possible to switch between two or more rangefinders by
touching the name of the one you want to be active on the device list.
