Control Unit
Error E2
a.) The spindle has no electrical connection
b.) Spindle is blocked
c.) Spindle does not turn easily
Error E3
a.) Motor defective
b.) Motor draws too much current
c.) Handpiece is blocked
d.) Function no longer available
Typical user error: handpiece is too heavily loaded in a specific speed range
(wrong tools for wrong speed).
Control Unit
On-off switch does not lit
Foot pedal has not function
Handpiece
Handpiece heated strongly
Handpiece not correctly closed
Chuck is loose
Handpiece has running noise
Chuck beats or does not hold the tools correctly
13. Maintenance and Care
The chuck has to be cleaned regularly (approximateky month or for heavy dirt works
approximately weekly)
Attention:
Do not treat the handpieces with compressed air or oil.

damaged
b.) Chuck and spindle are opened
c.) Bearings are defective
a.) Typical overload error
b.) Motor defective, maybe dropped
c.) Chuck is not closed
d.) Chuck and bearings are very dirty
Check the fuse and eventually change 230V/2AT,
115V/4ATT
Check the control unit without foot pedal. Eventually
return the foot pedal to After-sales-service
Bearings are eventually defective (return to aftersales-
service)
Close the handpiece
Tighten the chuck
Bearings are eventually defective (return to aftersales-
service)
Clean the chuck
Change the chuck
