IN CASE OF PROBLEM

Checks to be made
Check that the Comfort mode
If you are in programming, check that the programmer is in Comfort mode.
Make sure that the installation circuit breakers are engaged or that the
shedder (if you have one) has not cut off the supply to the radiator.
Check the air temperature in the room: if it is too high, the heat pictogram
will not display: the radiator will not heat.
Check that the radiator is not located in a draught or that the setting of the
temperature has not been modified.
Increase the temperature of the Comfort setting.
If the setting is at maximum, make the following checks:
-Check if another heating method exists in the room.
- Make sure that your radiator is only heating that room (close the door).
- Make sure that the device supply voltage is present.
- Check that the power of your radiator is suitable for the size of your room
(we recommend on average 100W/m
The detector is disconnected or does not work.
Contact your installer.
Dirt is connected with the bad quality of the ambient air. You are
recommended in this case to check the correct ventilation of the room
(ventilation, air entry, etc...), and the cleanliness of the air, and to avoid
smoking inside. This dirt does not justify the replacement under guarantee
of the device.
This operation is normal. The radiator can heat in such a manner as to
maintain an Eco temperature.
There can be a lapse of time between the opening of the window and the
stopping of the heating.
If this lapse of time appears too long to you, you can manually stop the
heating of the radiator.
Make sure of the correct use of the programming centre (see instruction for
use). Check that the pilot wire is indeed connected to the centre.
Check that your device is not in Programme mode and that the external
programme "Centralised" is attributed on the required day of the week.
It is normal that the radiator is hot when it operates, the maximum surface
temperature being limited in conformity with the Electricity Performance
standard NF. If however you find that your radiator is always too hot, check
that the power is suitable for the area of your room (we recommend 100W
/ m² for a height under ceiling of 2.50 m) and that the radiator is not located
in a draught which can disturb its regulation.
It is necessary to wait 6 hours minimum for the temperature to stabilise.
It is possible, depending on your installation, that you will find a different
temperature from that displayed on your radiator. In this case, you can
calibrate the displayed temperature. Refer to the paragraph "Calibrate the
temperature" on page 31.
