Verbinden Sie unter Verwendung der mitgelieferten, kurzen Verbindungskabel die Ausgänge der Stromquelle ORBIMAT 160 C mit den jeweiligen Eingängen des ORBITWIN 160/250 C. Beim ORBITWIN handelt es sich dabei um die Anschlüsse auf der Frontplatte oben rechts, die nicht den Schweißköpfen zugeordnet sind. Die entsprechenden Anschlüsse am ORBIMAT liegen in gleicher Reihenfolge direkt darüber. -

Es wird beim Starten dieser Funktion (aus dem Hauptmenü der Stromquelle ORBIMAT 160/250 C heraus) der jeweils angewählte Kopf kalibriert. Sind an das Gerät ORBITWIN 160/250 C zwei Köpfe unterschiedlicher Bauart, so sind keine Besonderheiten zu beachten, da die Software der Stromquelle für jeden Kopftyp eine eigne, aktuell aus dem Motorabgleich ermittelte Drehzahl speichern kann. -

ORBITWIN C. Ensure that the interconnection are connected to the panel on the top right of the front panel of the ORBITWIN, above which there is no weld head assigned. The connections are in the same order on both the ORBIMAT C and the ORBITWIN C so it is not possible to connect the cables incorrectly. -

2.5.3 Weldhead calibration It is still possible to calibrate the motor of the weldhead when the ORBITWIN is connected. When carrying out a calibration the selected weld head is calibrated. If two different weldheads are connected then there will be no deviation as the power source will store two separate calibration values. -

Veuillez connecter ensuite, au moyen des divers câbles livrés, les sortie de la source de courant ORBIMAT avec les entrées de l’ORBITWIN 165CB/250C. Les connections de raccordement sur l’ORBITWIN se trouvent en haut à droite, de telles manières que les câbles de raccordement se trouvent alignés l’un à côté de l’autre. (une erreur de branchement est impossible). -
