El termostato de seguridad se ha disparado debido a un exceso de
temperatura en la caldera. Desenrosque el capuchón (pos 6, fig
3.1.1) y presione el botón de restablecimiento cuando la
Alt+
temperatura haya bajado a menos de 90 °C.
The safety thermostat has switched off because the water boiler

temperature has exceeded the maximum level Unscrew the
thermostat cover (pos 6, pic. 3.1.1) and press the reset button, with
temperature <90°C.
Revise el funcionamiento de la bomba de la instalación (ej. función
verano activa, sin consumo de agua y temperatura de la caldera
configurada a más de 80 °C).
Check the working of the system pump, es. Summer function active
and boiler temperature set over 80°C.
Problemas de circulación del agua (ej. presencia de aire en el
circuito de calentamiento).
System water does'nt circulate well ( air inside the system).
Compuertas cerradas accidentalmente.
Wrong closing of shutter.
Procedimiento de apagado accdiental: controle que el tornillo de
Alt+
carga esté lleno de pellets y que haya pellets también en el depósito
SPAc
de combustible.
Abnormal blow-out: make sure that the pellets charging screw is full
of pellets and that the combustible tank is not empty .
Pellets bloqueados en el tubo autoextinguible: compruebe que el
tubo esté bien tenso y tenga una inclinación suficiente. De ser
necesario, desplace el contenedor del pellet.
Pellet locked in the self-extinguishing pipe. Check that the pipe is
well stretched and properly slanting. If necessary, move the pellet
container.
El pellet bloqueado en la rampa, en el fondo de la parte de atrás del
quemador, hace que el tubo autoextinguible esté lleno: pellet de
mala calidad, que con el calor tiende a pegarse y a no bajar. Cambie
el tipo de pellet por uno certificado.
Pellet locked in the slide at the bottom of the burner and then in the
self-autoextinguishing pipe: low pellet quality, when heated, it tends
ti stick and to stop flowing.
El tornillo alimentador no está bien puesto o se ha girado.
Screw position is not correct.
En el fondo del contenedor se ha acumulado demasiada viruta que
impide que se tome correctamente el pellet: limpie el contenedor.
Pellet container full of sawdust.
Está activo el contacto externo 'termostato puffer' que bloquea el
PUFF
quemador.
External contact 'puffer thermostat' for the remote stop of the
burner active.
Compruebe que se active el LED que indica el funcionamiento del
tornillo alimentador.
Check that the led showing the screw operation is on.
