Safety cut out
If the internal heater temperature exceeds normal operating temperature, a safety cut out will operate and the
display will flash OTC. Switch off the unit and contact GRANT or your local GRANT representative for
support. To avoid this fault, always use the circulation tray provided and ensure the bath does not run
dry.
Maintenance and Service
Cleaning
Clean the bath with a damp cloth, using only water. Do not use chemical cleaning agents.
Scale on immersed parts can be removed using chemical de-scaling products designed for use on kitchen
equipment which has metal parts. Warning - De-scaling products may be toxic - follow the manufacturer's
instructions.

The water baths are for indoor use only. Check that the environmental conditions are within the following
limits:

Replacement of fuses
Disconnect unit from the power supply before changing fuses. Replace fuses only by the same type and rat-
ing, see above table. They must be 1.25 inch, High Breaking Capacity (HBC) type.
Guarantee
When used according to these operating instructions, these baths are guaranteed for 1 year against faulty
materials or workmanship.
Service
There are no user serviceable parts inside the unit.
If potentially hazardous liquid is spilt onto the equipment, disconnect it from the power supply and have it
checked by a competent person. It is the user's responsibility to carry out appropriate decontamination if
hazardous material is spilt on the equipment.
