12.4 Setup
The "Setup" menu contains settings that need to be
made or checked the first time the Conex
used.
1. Press the [Down] button to navigate to the
"Setup" menu.

2. Press the [Right] button to open the "Setup"
menu.
3. Press the [Down] button to navigate to the
submenus.
In the submenus, it is possible to enter settings
for the following values:
•
temperature correction
•
control parameters
•
switch-on delay
•
analog output
•
language
•
temperature coefficient
•
cell constant C
•
bus address
•
cable compensation/zero point
•
measuring range
•
averaging on/off.
12.4.1 Temperature correction
Because the temperature sensor is connected using
a 2-conductor method, this can result in deviations in
temperature measurement and display.
These deviations can be corrected within a range of
± 5 °C.
1. Press the [Right] button to open the "Corr. temp."
menu.

3. Press the [Up] and [Down] buttons to set the
value.
12.4.2 Control parameters
The first time the device is used, the regulatory
functions must be defined.

can be set:

pulse frequency S1
•
pulse frequency S2
•
hysteresis
•
pulse + pause
•
minimum impulse.

Setting for an intermittent pulse regulator:

Setting for a pulse frequency regulator:
Xp > O, pulse frequency > 0.
Pulse frequency setting = maximum
number of impulses per minute. Set the
appropriate pulse frequency for the
connected control element.
It is possible to make separate control
parameter settings for S1 and S2.
