Use of the Pulse 250
1. Attach the high-pressure hose to the output valve as
shown opposite. Spray the coupling with silicone oil first
(makes assembly easier and extends O-ring lifespan).
Tighten firmly (do not use tools).
Place the other end of the high-pressure hose in an
empty bottle or similar.
Attach the bottle as shown above (do not use tools).
2.
3. Attach the air hose to the compressor and the dosing unit.
4. Set the On/Off valve to the On position,
holding the high-pressure hose in the empty
bottle. The dosing unit will now start to
repeat automatically. Liquid will emerge
from the hose after a period of time
depending on the dose setting and the
length of the hose. The liquid will be a
mixture of vaccine and water at first but very
soon only vaccine will emerge. When this
happens, set the valve to Off.
5. Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the
injection gun. Tighten by hand (do not use tools). The hose
should also be disconnected by hand. If it cannot be
disconnected, there may still be pressure in the hose.
Depressurise by closing the valve and activating the injection
gun manually (see instructions above).
6. Set the On/Off valve to the On position. Always aim the injection gun in a safe
direction.
7. Adjust the pressure on the dosing unit if necessary. Pull out the yellow knob
and turn until the desired pressure has been set. Then push the yellow knob
back in.
8. Activate the injection gun manually.
9. Check that the pressure is still at the desired setting.
