Once the dosing unit has reloaded, the injection gun is ready for the next manual
activation.
Warning: Keep fingers clear of the nozzle!
Manual activation of the Pulse 50 is similar to that of the Pulse
250.
Point the P50 in a safe direction, preferably into a collecting
pan.
To activate the P50 once, use your index finger to draw the
mechanism back (see picture).
Watch out for the stream of liquid and keep fingers clear of the
nozzle.
Then allow the mechanism to spring back to its original
position.
The P50 is now ready for the next activation.

4.6.2 Contingency procedure: depressurising the injection gun manually

If the nozzle is blocked, for example, you may not be able to
depressurise the injection gun in the way described above. If the
nozzle is undamaged, it can be disassembled and cleaned. To do
so, the injection gun must first be depressurised. (The system must
also be depressurised in order to disconnect the high-pressure
hose.) To depressurise, attach the supplied spanners to the
injection gun and nozzle and give the nozzle approximately one
turn to unscrew it. This will cause liquid to drip out slowly. Wait
until this has stopped and the system is depressurised. Wear
protective clothing and face protection.

4.6.3 Injection gun maintenance (P250)

Replace O-rings after every 4,000 injections or once a month.
Make sure the injection gun is clean and is not connected. Place the handpiece on a
clean, flat and stable surface to minimise the risk of losing parts. Make sure that parts
cannot become damaged, as this can lead to malfunctioning of the injection gun.
