Mounting
Guide Rail and Longitudinal Cutting Guide
• Once the cutting guide is mounted, the guide rail can be set (A) using the four sets of butterfly screws and washers in
the front end of the work table.
• Set the rear rail (B) in the rear side of the work table and secure with two sets of bolts and washers.
• With the two rails in place, pass the longitudinal cutting guide (C) inside de cutting band and hook its stopper (D) with the
rear rail tab. Lower the longitudinal cut guide so that the brake mechanism (E) sits in the guide rail.
• To adjust the guide rail scale, travel the longitudinal cutting guide until making contact with the cutting band. Loosen
the screw (F) and travel the scale until the "zero" matches the peephole (G). Once the scale "zero" in the scale marches with
the cutting band trajectory, tighten the screw (F) again.

Dust Exhaust
CAUTION
• Working with the saw may generate
dangerous dusts aside from sawdust and chips which
combined with an ignition source could catch fire or
generate explosions, injuries or allergy.
• The equipment is built with two dust extraction ports (H).
When in use, we recommend to connect the equipment to
an adequate dust collector.
