The solenoid valve should be connected to the
terminals of the electronic board as indicated in
Fig. 5. Use a 12Vdc solenoid valve with a maximum
absorption of 8W. Use cables with a cross section
2
of 1.5 – 2.5 mm
. A cross section of 1.5 mm
suffice if the length of the solenoid valve's
connecting cables is less than 20 m.
1) Connection of the power supply to the 100-230V line
2) Connection of the CT02 to the 12Vdc line
3) 12Vdc solenoid valve connection
4) Connection of the start/pause button

3.4 Connection of a warning notice for
end of service/shower
The second output can be used as a warning notice
for end of service/shower by connecting, for

NSTALLATION OF THE SOLENOID VALVE AND
FILTER
For mounting (Fig. 7) follow the instructions below:
When mounting the solenoid valve and the filter
pay attention to the arrow found on each of
them, which indicates the direction of water flow.
The filter should be installed before the solenoid
valve in order to prevent impurities from
reaching the valve.
The solenoid valve can function in any position,
however it is advised to point the coil facing
upwards in order to prevent impurities from
accumulating.
Install the filter horizontally and with the filter
holder facing downwards in order to facilitate
the depositing of impurities at the bottom.
In order to function properly, the solenoid valve
needs a difference of pressure between the
entrance and exit of water of at least 0.3 bar.
This is ensured if the solenoid valve is inserted
in the shower spout or near to it.
