6. INSTALLATION
In order to carry out the installation of the wallbox, the regulations and
requirements defined in the REBT and especially ITC-BT-52 must be followed.
It is recommended to have a value of the earth resistance lower than 100Ω
(Requirement for many electric vehicles) and in case of having a higher value,
corrective measures must be taken in the installation to reduce it.
The voltage value between neutral and earth must be around 0V with a value that
is recommended to be lower than 1V. The voltage between phase and neutral and
the other phases in a three-phase connection must be as balanced as possible and
the voltage drop must be under 5%.
The charging box will be fixed to the wall so that the lower part of the connector
is located at a height of between 0.9 and 1.2 m above the ground, according to
the United Nations Recommendation for Accessibility for the Disabled.
The fixing screws (not included) must have M6 threads, a minimum length of
50mm and with ridged or rounded cylindrical heads no greater than 12.5mm.
7. POWER CONNECTION AND BUS (optional)
1. Mount (with threaded screws) the cable glands at the lower and/or upper part
of the charging box, as necessary.

2. Open the front cover of the charging solution with Torx TX25H key and tilt cover
with its hinges until in a position perpendicular to the mounting plane of the
charging solution.
3. Pass the wires through the lower and/or upper gland and located the Power
and BUS connection block.
4. Connect the power cables (single or three-phase) and BUS (optional) to the
charging box terminal block and close the front cover of the charging box once
all parameters have been checked.
8. ELECTRONIC CHARGE CONTROL SETTINGS
To access the Electronics, you must lift the plastic visor in the upper front,
unscrewing the access screw.
The electronic charge controller has some configuration switch numbered from 1
to 10 which must ALWAYS be set in the following manner:
The charge controller also include a local power regulation system which allows
the user to set up the charging current desired (A), so that it won't be higher in
any case. This possibility is especially useful in environments where the
contracted power is low or installation which may support currents lower than
the maximum it can reach.
In the case of the charging wallboxes of references 0600681-039, the power
regulation is allowed between 6A and 32A, being 32A the maximum current that
the charging wallbox can support.
