planned, close the unit using the night cover at least a few hours earlier, so that it is functioning at
maximum efficiency.
- in case of unit malfunctioning, immediately take measures to avoid overheating of the refrigerated
products (returning them to the main refrigeration cell, etc.).
- immediately remove any problematic issue found (loosened screws, burnt out light bulbs, etc.)
- periodically check on the performance of the unit's automatic defrost (frequency, duration, air
temperature, restoration of normal operation, etc.).
- check the flow of water from defrosting (free drains, clean any filters, check siphons, etc.).
- check for any anomalous condensation. If found, immediately contact your refrigeration technician.
- carry out all preventive maintenance operations punctually.
- dispose of defrost water, or that used for cleaning, through the sewer system or depuration system in
conformance with the laws in effect, as the latter may come in contact with polluting substances, due
to the nature of the product, as well as with residues, accidental breakage of packages containing
liquids, as well as the use of inappropriate detergents.
- IN THE CASE OF A GAS LEAK OR FIRE: Do not stay in the room where the unit is found if it has not
been appropriately ventilated. Disconnect the unit, using the main switch upstream from the device.
