3. INSTRUCTIONS
The device may only be used for the use for which it was expressly designed. Any
other use is considered improper. Monitor the device while it is working.
3.1. START-UP OF THE DEVICE
Before putting the device into operation for the first time, it is necessary to remove all
the packaging material and clean the tank and the baskets to remove any industrial
protective greases as follows:
- Fill the tank to the brim with water and normal detergent, turn on the fryer and let
it boil for a few minutes;
- Drain the water using the drain tap and rinse well with clean water;
- Close the tap and add oil to fry at least up to the MIN mark and never exceed the
MAX mark.
ATTENTION:
It should be remembered that used oil has a lower flash point and its foam tends to
overflow. Also remember that the introduction of very humid food and in large quantities
contributes to the formation of foam which can overflow.
