LIGHTING THE MAIN BURNER AND ADJUSTING THE TEMPERATURE

TURNING OFF THE MAIN BURNER

- A reset lock prevents the burner from lighting again until the flame lock stops the gas

OIL DRAINING
To remove the used oil from the tank, wait until the oil is cold, open the fryer door, place
the oil collection tank with the corresponding filter and open the tap. The oil will flow out
of the tap and the tank will drain. To preserve the oil, it is advisable to store it in a cool
place after having filtered it.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

4.1. ORDINARY MAINTENANCE

At the end of a working day it is necessary to clean the device, both for hygiene rea-
sons and to avoid breakdowns. Do not clean the device with direct or high pressure
water jets. The use of flammable materials and solvents is prohibited. Do not use iron
pads, brushes or ordinary steel scrapers. Stainless steel wool can be used, rubbing in
the direction of satin.
