Problem
I performed a Skin Tone Test
and the light turned orange
and 'buzzed' .
Problem
Dirt or debris is stuck to the
Flash Window.

Possible Cause
Your skin may be too dark for
treatment.
Refer to the Skin Chart at the
beginning of this manual.
You didn't use the Skin Tone
Sensor correctly.
The Skin Tone Sensor isn't
working.
Possible Cause
The device needs to be cleaned.
Action
You cannot use the i-Light
REVEAL device with your skin
tone. Please contact your local
service centre.
If the Skin Tone Sensor (flashing
orange light) isn't firmly
touching the skin, the device
will make a rejection tone. Try
pressing the Skin Tone Sensor
firmly against the skin.
