1. BEFORE USING THE BASQUE GRILL
Use the pieces and methods recommended and explained in this handbook by Josper
when using this equipment.

WARNING! Do NOT pack required air spaces with insulation or other materials. Leave
the clearance spaces free.
¡PELIGRO! NO rellene los espacios requeridos por seguridad con aislantes u otros materiales.

CAUTION! When this grill is not properly installed, a fire may result. To reduce risk of
fire, follow the installation instructions.

WARNING! Do NOT put any flammable material at less than 30 cm (11,81 in) away from
the sides or the top of the grill..

Do NOT use flamable liquids to fire-up the charchoal. Only use charcoal as fuel for the
grill.
