7. Description of the counter - Intended use (Fig.1)

bility based on the indications reported.

Addressees
The counter is intended to be used by qualified personnel, instructed and
trained by the employer to its use and concerning the risks that it can entail.
Intended use
Salzburg TCBM-TCPW is a line of counters suitable for the display and sale of
cooked and pre-cooked food ready to be consumed.
TCBM (bain-marie counter): heating system inside the basin
TCPW (dry counter): heating system with resistances beneath basin level.
Liability
The Client or employer assumes full responsibility regarding the qualification
and mental and/or physical state of the employees assigned to use and service
the counter.
