Once a Gain
This feature allows you to get another boost of gain from your Transformer. If a single-button
footswitch (Peavey part #5100) is inserted into the Low Gain input on the front panel of the amp
(with a guitar plugged into the High Gain input) you can access an extra gain boost rather
comfortably. This is especially useful if you have two guitars with different output levels. The
footswitch must be the push on/push off type and utilize a shielded cable. A momentary switch of
this nature is not recommended. Simply press the button on and off while playing to determine
which position has the higher gain.
