PERATION
MP3 Player Operation — Basic Playing
Due to a wide variety of conditions possible when creating an MP3 disc, some operational or sonic
"glitches" may occur.These should be considered normal and do not indicate a defect with the unit.
NOTE: This unit recognizes MP3 CDs created on Macintosh OS X.
NOTE: This unit recognizes MP3s recorded on either CD-R or CD-RW
discs, with support for multi-session as well..The unit will not
play MP3 encoded DVD-R discs. Only use CD-R or CD-RW for
MP3 recording.
NOTE: Playability may depend on the type of CD-R/CD-RW used, CD
surface condition, CD writer performance and condition and/or
software used. For more information, visit our web site.
NOTE: Depending on the format, the number of songs contained and
other variables, some discs may take longer to load than others.
To Play an MP3 Disc
1. Insert a MP3 disc into the slot on the front panel, the disc will be pulled
into the unit and DISC LOADING will be displayed.
2. MP3 PLAY will auto-select and the disc will begin playing the first song it
finds after loading.

1. Press the (Eject) or press and hold the OPEN(Eject) button
on the remote for 1 second, "EJECT" appears on the display and
the disc will eject.

Negotiating the MP3 Directory
Negotiating MP3 is easier when using the Joystick control on the remote in conjunction with the video
screen.The LCD display will only show the current mode (MP3) and the elapsed time of the track
currently playing.
CAUTION:To prevent accidents, never use the video screen to view DVDs or make
menu selections while driving the vehicle.
