POWERING AND MANAGING THE UNIT (fig.34)
To operate the unit using the remote control it will be necessary to energize the main switch on the electrical
power supply line or by inserting the unit's plug into the appropriate wall outlet.
• The unit is fitted with a power switch (10) located below the lower safety guard (9).
• To run this power switch must be in "I" position.
• At this point the unit can be operated by the remote control. In order to transmit commands to the indoor
unit, point the front of the remote control toward the unit's control panel.
• The device emits a beep when it receives a command.
• The remote requires direct line of sight with the unit's receiver with a maximum distance between them
being 8 m/26 feet.
