12 Disposal

Dispose of replaced equipment parts, filters or old devices in
accordance with the rules and regulations applicable in your country.

13 Warranty

Claims based on defects will fall under the statute of limitations
12 months after delivery to the purchaser of the goods. This does
not apply to claims by the buyer for indemnification in accordance
with §§ 478, 479 BGB (German Federal Law Gazette).
We shall only be liable in the case of a warranty we have issued if
the quality or service life guarantee has been issued by us in writing
with reference to the term "warranty".
