PELLETS FALL BUT THE BOILER DOES NOT TURN ON:
7.14. Check that the side register of the fireplace is properly closed.
7.15. Check the correct placement of the hot air blower.
7.16. Pay special attention to cleaning the boiler, as excessive dirt can prevent it from starting.
7.17. Check if the ignition air blower works.
IGNITION BLOWER DOES NOT WORK:
7.18. Verify that the hot air blower turns on, gives off heat, and is energized. Check that the relay that controls the
blower is correctly positioned. You can activate it from the motors menu (resistance).
THE GAS OUTLET EXTRACTOR DOES NOT WORK OR DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY:
7.19. Make sure the motor rotates properly by rotating it with your hand (the stove should be disconnected to do
so).
7.20. Check that power reaches the motor, you may activate it from the motors menú
7.21. Also check the exhaust connection strip and the C.P.U.
7.22. Check the 20µF capacitor and its connection.
THE RECIRCULATION PUMP DOES NOT ROTATE:
7.23. If the boiler accumulates heat and the pump does not move the water towards the installation, check the
relay in the current box. Note that the CPU is connected to this relay and sends voltage to the pump. The
circulating pump is not supplied by Ecoforest as it depends on each installation and the project.
THE BOILER TURNS OFF:
7.24. There might be no pellets in the boiler. Check the pneumatic vacuum and its hoses.
7.25. A forgotten set programme might have stopped the boiler.
7.26. A bad quality of pellets, humidity, excess of sawdust, can be causes of unexpected stops.
7.27. If the boiler turns off and there are half burnt pellets in the burn pot, this might be due to a lack of cleaning.
Revise chapter related to cleaning and maintenance.
7.28. Internal dirt or ongoing use without cleaning.
7.29. If the boiler is off and there are no pellets in the burn pot, check the reducer motor, water pump and
extractor.
AUTOMATIC CLEANING SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK:
7.30. Check that the ashtray drawer is properly closed. Empty it if necessary.
7.31. Check that the inductive sensors are activated, there must be 2mm between the lid of the ashtray drawer
and said sensor.
7.32. Check the continuity of the thermostats that go in series with the inductive sensors.
7.33. Contact your dealer.
