14.5 HOW TO GET MAXIMUM GAIN

In order to get the maximum gain, you should set the following parameters in the receiver:
RX mode: ATT (OFF)
TX mode: ATT (OFF), GAIN* (15), RC (rC-ALL)
Volume: 0 dB
Once set, synchronise all parameters with the transmitter.
Note that with the CM-501 lavaliere microphone it is difficult to reach enough audio level to make it
work at line level, so it is recommended to connect it to a microphone input.
*The GAIN of receiver is SENSITIVITY in the transmitter.

15. NOTES FOR THE PRODUCT

 The receiver and transmitter shall be away from other metal objects, preferably 50 cm or farther.
 Do not point the microphone directly to a speaker, or there will be feedbacks.
 It is recommended to hold the transmitter (microphone) at the middle section for the best pickup.
 In case that the transmitter will not be in use for an extended period of time, the batteries shall be
removed from the battery holder to prevent damage to the transmitter due to leak of battery
electrolyte solution.
 For the best power performance, it is recommended to change both batteries and use products of
the same manufacturer when they have to be changed.
