Possible cause
Filter drum rotating sluggishly or jammed
The lips of the drum seal were squeezed
when the drum was installed.
The drum load is distributed unevenly

Remedy
− Clean edge of the drum/drum seal and grease edge of
the drum Only use original OASE grease (order number
27872).
− Ensure that the rollers move smoothly
− Remove larger particles (e.g. snails, stones) from the
sprocket
Disassemble the drum and ensure that the drum seal is
positioned correctly during re-assembly
Align the container horizontally
Wait until the soiling decreases
− This operating status is atypical. Avoid long-term
operation in this state.
− Clean the pond
− Reduce the amount of soiling
− Install the filter pump in an elevated position.
Clean the screen elements, descale (→ Replacing screen
element)
− Clean nozzle
