Arc Transfer.
CNC connector terminals
on Power Source
The "Arc Transfer" signal is high active (closed contact).
With the "Arc Transfer" signal the Power Source communicates to the CNC the arc transferred and
therefore it commands the beginning of the movement phase.
GB
The "Arc Transfer" signal is active as long as cutting is active, the sagging phase being included.
10 ANALOG SIGNALS FROM POWER SOURCE TO PANTOGRAPH CONTROL.
10.1 NOT Insulated Voltage Analog Output wiring.
10.1.1 Features.

output impedance
10.2 V_Arc-NO-ISO.
CNC connector terminals
on Power Source
"V_Arc-NO-ISO" is the signal related to Power Source output arc voltage ("electrode-workpiece"
voltage), supplied in direct and NOT isolated mode.
"V_Arc-NO-ISO" signal is available with 0 ÷ 250 Vdc voltage values and with the positive terminal
(workpiece potential) electrically connected to the plant ground potential.
The "electrode" potential is supplied with an approximately 10 Kohm resistor, series connected at the
output.
The V_Arc-NO-ISO signal availability depends up on
the SW3 dip-switches position, on the Remote board
(see fig. 11.3), in compliance with the table a side.
NOTE: The Remote board is supplied from factory
with the arc voltage output set in V_Arc-NO-
ISO mode.
