ADJUSTMENT DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY OF THE HELMET VISOR
GT-R is equipped with an interchangeable visor.
The visor supplied with the GT-R model helmet (or sold as a spare part) has been designed to provide protection
against any foreign bodies that may affect the eyes during use, as well as for aerodynamic purposes, even if the
model in question is removable.
As an integral part of the device, it has been subject to controls and checks by the certifying body and must be
marked indelibly.
This marking takes the form of an engraving on the visor itself, as described in the "Marking of the visor" section.
The GT-R visor model, which can only be used with the Suomy GT-R helmet model, has been designed in
accordance with the requirements of regulations EN 166 and EN 1938 (limited to the requirement for signaling
lights).
The GT-R visor was particularly designed to withstand shocks from particles at high speed at room temperature.
In the event of use with eyeglasses, the impact of high speed particles may result in a transmitted impact that
may pose a risk to the user.
The visor is attached to the helmet through three link buttons (fig. 8).
Disassembly
USE AND MAINTENANCE
For disassembly of the visor disengage the three links by pulling in the direction of the
arrow in the figure using some force until the three links are disconnected.
