3. ANATOMY OF THE HELMET

4. OUTER SHELL

The outer shell of the SR1 combines an aerodynamically optimal
shape.It consists of glassfi bre reinforced vinylester (GRP) with
polyethylene fi bre reinforced layers. This structure gives the
helmet the high level of strength and rigidity needed for your
protection*.
* The helmet is designed to provide the safety performance required by the United
States DOT 218 Standard in combination with the European ECE R 22.05 Standard
Warning:
The safety helmet is designed to absorb the effect of only one
impact. The helmet must be replaced after a fall, accident or
any other impact.
