If the installation includes external units that use double sideband
modulators, the channels immediately below the ones used by those units
must be free.
3.5 Channels from other units
PA amplifiers include a non-amplified EXT input extension for channels from
other units. The channels added so join the output channels of the TP unit.
3.6 Unit supply
Plug the equipment to the mains, after all the needed connections have been
done: FI, RF, modules power, LNB, and only in the conditional access
modules, the CAM module connection with the suitable TV platform access
card.
To supply the unit, it is necessary to connect every module to the MS-011
(cod. 9120029) or SP-226 (cod. 9120130) support framework, which
performs the mass connection.
