Goodnight Stars is a bed-side table projector which creates a magical atmosphere at bedtime: the enchant-
ment of the coloured projected stars and the relaxing background music help newborn babies get off to
sleep. An ideal selection of classical music by Bach and Rossini, New Age music and nature sounds play one
after another and provide an important first approach to music. It can also be used as a coloured lamp, ac-
companying the child with soft lights into the land of dreams. The cute cuddly toy can be detached from the
star on which it is sitting and becomes a soft play companion.

Please read these instructions carefully and keep for future reference.
This toy runs on 3 alkaline 1.5 Volt "AA" batteries.
For your child's safety: Warning!
Before using the product remove and dispose of any plastic bags and any other packaging (e.g. fasteners
and fixing ties etc) and keep them out of reach of children.
Check the toy regularly for signs of wear and damage and to ensure that it is assembled correctly. Should
any part be damaged, do not use the toy and keep it out of reach of children.

HOW TO USE THE TOY
The Goodnight Stars Projector has two light operating modes and one musical mode.
How to switch the light projector ON and OFF.
The switch on the back of the appliance turns the projector on and gives the choice of two different operat-
ing modes: (1) LIGHT, (2) PROJECTOR.
Use the switch to select a light effect mode which will start automatically.
When LIGHT(1) mode is selected, it activates the coloured lights in the luminous globe, whilst PROJECTOR
MODE (2) starts the projection of coloured stars.
The light display lasts about 10 minutes from when it is switched ON; the product then automatically
switches to stand-by mode to prevent the batteries from running low. Press the moon shaped button on the
front of the appliance to stop the light display before the set time, or to repeat the light display cycle when
the product is in stand-by mode.
The light projection effect is best visible when the room is completely dark.
Turn the switch on the back of the device to OFF to turn the appliance OFF completely.
How to start the music using the music button:
Switch the appliance ON and select LIGHT mode or PROJECTOR mode; now press the button embossed
with a musical note (3), to start the music compilation of 2 classical tunes (Bach, Rossini), 2 New Age tunes
and 2 night-time nature sounds.
When the appliance is running in LIGHT mode, the music compilation will play for about 12 minutes before
switching to STAND-BY mode; when it is running in PROJECTOR mode, the music will switch to STAND-BY
mode after about 6 minutes.
HOW TO FIT AND REMOVE THE REPLACEABLE BATTERIES
Batteries must only be fitted by an adult.
To replace spent batteries inside the compartment:
Loosen the screw on the battery compartment cover with a screwdriver and remove the spent batteries;
now fit new ones, ensuring that they have been fitted in the correct polarity direction (as shown on the
