• The camera must not be exposed to water droplets or spray. Do not place
any objects filled with water (e.g. vases) on top of the device.

Battery instructions

• You can operate your camera with rechargeable batteries or standard
batteries. You can recharge the batteries in the battery recharger
supplied. Please note the following instructions when using batteries:
• Keep the batteries away from children. Seek medical attention
immediately if a battery is swallowed.
• WARNING. Never try to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. There is a
risk of an explosion.
• There is a risk of explosion if batteries are incorrectly replaced. Replace
the batteries only with the same or equivalent type.
• Before inserting the batteries, check that the contacts in the device and
on the batteries are clean and, if necessary, clean them.
• Only use new batteries. Never use old and new batteries together.
• Do not use a combination of battery types.
• Please note the polarity (+/-) when inserting the batteries.
• Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Direct strong heat can damage
batteries. Therefore do not expose the device to any sources of direct
heat.
