51. SEPARATION KIT Réf.102121-10 (See Fig. 6p31)
This extra insures installation of the R/O module, being separated from the main module.
Assembling.
The R/O module is installed using the supplied
supports in any position, vertical or horizontal,
as long as the pressure valve is accessible and
the gauge is readable.
Connection.
- Connect the flexible hose on the HP outlet of the pump, and on the R/O module inlet (Fig. 6p31). Tighten the fitting energetically with two
spanners.
WARNING: Do not use watertight paste or Teflon during assembling of the HP flexible hose.
- Connect the check valve (11) to the valve reject (7) with a 8x13 tube (red marks),
- Connect the R/O module produced water outlet to the reject valve (10) inlet with a 8x10 tube (blue marks).
52. REMOTE CONTROL Réf.821234-24 (See Fig. 7p32)
This extra insures control and surveillance of the

The remote control is composed of:
- one set including the main panel
cover, the connecting wire, the remote
control box, brackets and screws
needed to fix it.
53. SEMI-AUTOMATIC RINSING

6. STARTING UP
WARNING : The starting up procedure, followed by the return to the factory of the report situated at the end of the booklet
duly completed, dated and signed, are THE CONDITIONS APPLIED TO THE GUARANTEE. Never start the watermaker
in a polluted area: oil will clog membranes and chlorine will destroy membranes (risk out of warranty).
1. Check tightening of all water system fittings.
2..Check the presence of the cartridge in the filter.
3. Check tightening of electrical connections.
4. Check that the electrical voltage supplied corresponds well with that of the
sufficient.
5. Fill or complete the oil level of the high pressure pump. The oil level should be situated halfway between the middle and the upper part of
the gauge.
6. Completely open the pressure regulating valve (7) by turning anti-clockwise.
7. Put the inlet valve (1) in sea water feeding position.
8. Open the hull valve (V0) to bleed the circuit. To make it easier, open the cleaning valve (8). Check that the sea water arrives at the filter. In
the opposite case, review the feeding pipes and eliminate the water leakage and the trapped air. Open the bleeding valve (18) situated at the
top of the filter (Fig. 8), in order to fill it completely –this valve will always be open, excepted for maintenance operations- If it is not possible,
review the feeding pipes and eliminate the water leakage and the trapped air.

- Place the remote control box with the supplied brackets (Fig. 7).
- Place the connecting wire.
- Set down the front of the AQUA-BASE unit electrical box.
- Connect the connecting wire terminal boards situated in the main box respecting the marks
(Fig. 7)
- Close the main box.
